Hardcopy Published Standards may be returned within 30 days of purchase if in a condition that would allow for future resale. Electronic Standards may be returned within 5 days of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved. All age-dated materials are non-returnable. No credit will be given for a returned standard that has been damaged in anyway, including printed material that has been smudged or is dirty, has been unstapled, or has damage to the binding. Returns are subjected to freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY

ALL MATERIAL DELIVERED IN A HARD COPY FORMAT THAT IS NOT DAMAGED AND IS SALEABLE MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS BY CONTACTING COMM 2000 AND SECURING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ALL MATERIAL DELIVERED BY THE INTERNET MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ALL RETURNS MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE. (See example below)
